Performance Requirements

Workshop Attendance Is Required

For soloists, duets & trios, all performers MUST register for the workshop.

For groups with 4 or more performers, at least 3 performers MUST register for the Saturday workshop.

Time Limits

Soloist - 5 Minutes or Less

Duets - 6 Minutes or Less

Trios or More - 7 Minutes or Less

Music

Performance music must be submitted by the appropriate deadline. Email is the preferred delivery option (or in person, if you see me before the due date). Please feel free to contact me if you are "technically challenged" and need assistance, LOL. Please contact me if you would like to mail it.

Forms

The following forms must be filled out as described below. The forms may be emailed or printed out and mailed. If mailing the form, please contact Naiilah for the mailing address. PLEASE DO NOT SEND SHOW REQUIREMENTS DIRECTLY TO JOHARAH. THIS WILL ONLY DELAY YOUR SHOW CONFIRMATION.

	General Release Form - Must be completed by ALL performers (one form is required for each person performing).
	Photography/Video Performer’s Release Form - Must be completed by ALL performers (one form is required for each person performing).
	Performer’s Questionnaire -  Must be completed by each soloist and the group director (or main contact) for each group.

Note: The workshop and ticket form can be found on the Workshop Registration page. Also the Performer's Photo Release MUST have an actual signature.
